Dana Hagengruber picked up her first gaming book in middle school at a used bookstore and was hooked ever since. Lacking a group of fellow dungeon crawlers in her area, she naturally turned to stories to paint the worlds she read between the book's covers and saw in her head. She has attended GenCon since 2002 and volunteered since 2003, but she only lucked into discovering the Writers' Symposium last year in what must have been a natural 20 luck roll. She came charging back this year for more. She has written for years, but it was talking with fellow Symposium volunteers about their exploits last year that she realized perhaps others would like to see her stories, as well. She has a few in revision; but, in the meantime, her creativity channeled into acting and musicianship, as Damia Torhagen and in glam horror band, Coleus, respectively.
